New Call-to-action

Our criminal defense team is an accomplished and professional team dedicated to defending individuals charged with serious offenses and violent crimes. We believe every person, regardless of his or her background or circumstances, is entitled to every right and protection afforded by the law.

John Delgado has represented clients accused of violent crimes, drug offenses, crimes against property, and white collar crimes. He has over 35 years of experience in resolving complex criminal cases in both state and federal courts at the trial level. Clark Newton previously worked as a public defender in Richland County and represents individuals accused of DUI, domestic violence, property crimes, drug offenses, and white collar crimes. We combine their longtime trial experience with the appellate experience of John Nichols and Blake Hewitt, who have both handled multiple criminal appeals. During his time in the Army, Bennett Gore both prosecuted and defended at courts-martial involving violent crimes, drug offenses, crimes against property, and white collar crimes. In addition to more than 7 years of litigation experience, Bennett has also instructed at a number of Army legal conferences and schools.
