Powell Medicare Set-Aside Certified Consultant

Attorney O. Eugene "Gene" Powell, Jr. recently passed the Medicare Set-Aside Certified Consultant examination. The examination is offered by the International Commission on Healthcare Certification. In order to pass the examination, Gene had to demonstrate a wide range of knowledge with respect to the development and application of the Medicare set-aside trust arrangement process.
