Tonya Lewis is Iron Woman

Bluestein, Nichols, Thompson & Delgado, LLC would like to recognize paralegal Tonya Lewis for her outstanding physical accomplishments.
On September 27, 2009, Tonya completed the inaugural Ironman Augusta 70.3 triathlon in Augusta, Georgia. The competition included a 1.2 mile swim, a 56 mile bike race, and a 13.1 mile run. Her total time was 6 hours, 24 minutes, and 39 seconds.
She later participated in the Ironman Arizona competition, which was held in Tempe Arizona on November 22, 2009. Tonya swam 2.4 miles, biked 112 miles, and ran 26.2 miles. Her total time was 13 hours, 56 minutes, and 1 second.
